Beginning as a paper booklet, the Build Your Own Box Calendar uses paper craft and origami to build a decorative, visual calendar. The booklet features all the pages needed to build the boxes (with perforation and scored fold lines) and instructions for assembly. When looking at the flat pages, the typography is unreadable. When the boxes are put together, the type comes together to form the calendar. There is one box per month, and each box reveals the month name, month abbreviation, and major holidays/events during that month.
